Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator

Saskatoon Entertainment Group (SEG) is home to the Saskatoon Blades, Saskatchewan Rush, and Saskatoon Berries. We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Corporate Partnerships team. This role focuses on execution and organization of sponsorship agreements, supporting our two Partnership Sales Executives to ensure every partner receives a top-tier experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and fulfill sponsorship contracts for all SEG teams
- Coordinate tickets, branding, and contract elements to ensure full delivery
- Collaborate with Game Day staff to execute activations and experiences
- Maintain organized records in PandoPartner software
- Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication and reporting
- Create content such as proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
- Attend networking events and represent SEG in the community
- Track, forecast, and report on partnership performance and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or contract fulfillment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Familiarity with marketing software is an asset
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and live events
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
What We Offer:
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + SEG Unified Bonus Plan
