The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a results-driven Ticket Sales Manager to lead and develop our high-energy sales team, focused on ticket sales and premium fan experiences across our three teams. This role is ideal for a passionate sports professional who thrives on leadership, accountability, and performance-driven environments.

The successful candidate will bring positive energy, strong people leadership skills, and a relentless focus on results—while fostering a fun, motivating, and collaborative team culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage our ticket sales team focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings to set priorities, review performance, and drive accountability.
  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and activity targets for the team.
  • Provide daily sales coaching, feedback, and support to ensure staff have the tools and confidence to succeed.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the sale of season tickets, group tickets, single-game tickets, and premium fan experiences.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Analyze sales data and reporting to make informed adjustments to strategy and execution.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Work

  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to align sales initiatives with campaigns, promotions, and fan engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless fan experience from first contact through purchase and beyond.

Reporting & Administration

  • Review sales reports regularly and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM and ticketing systems, including maintaining clean data and tracking activity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience leading or managing a sales team, preferably in a ticket sales or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster & Archtics or similar ticketing/CRM platforms is also an asset.
  • Passion for sports and live events, with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
