Fan Experience Associate

The state-of-the-art Fan Experience Zone for the Saskatchewan Rush, Saskatoon Blades, and the Saskatoon Berries is the coolest team sports apparel & novelty shop in Saskatchewan! The Fan Experience Zone (FEZ) features team apparel, novelties, exclusive team gear, and a fully staffed ticket sales area for fans to book their seats to the next game.

This store located on the corner of 51^st street and Faithfull avenue is the hub for sports fans in Saskatoon and across the province, and we’re looking for friendly, motivated, passionate players to join our team.

If you love sports, retail and sharing your passion with other sports fans, this might be the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a part-time Fan Experience Associate to help fans find the best fan gear at the FEZ and at our in-venue locations (Frozen Pond, Herd House & Fruit Stand).

Duties include:

• Execute SEG’s Brand Purpose to the highest capability.
• Assist store Sales and Profitability under the guidance of the Retail & Merchandising Manager.
• Superior Store Presentation, and Protection of Company Assets is necessary.
• Participate in a positive and inviting team culture.
• Greeting fans and assisting with apparel and merchandise.
• Checking and fulfilling online orders
• Customizing team jerseys
• Managing and maintaining inventory
• Operating our retail outlets during games for the Rush, Blades & Berries
• Handling cash, including cash out templates

Qualified applicants will preferably have experience in a retail sales environment and the ability to work both daytime, night & weekend shifts as scheduled.
