You'll be helping create an electric atmosphere from the time fans walk through the doors until the final buzzer. Whether you're helping run on-ice or on-field contests, leading crowd engagement activities, tossing T-shirts, assisting with giveaways, or representing the teams at community events, you can help make every game an experience fans won't forget.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist with set up, teardown, and organization of promotional equipment and material before, after, and during scheduled game days
- Help with in game activations, such as on ice/field intermission activities and contests in the stands with fans
- Work collaboratively with all promotional team members and staff to deliver exceptional fan experience
- Ability to attend 75% of home games, as well as potential playoff games
- Depending on performance there could be opportunity to participate in community events and season ticket holder events as assigned
- Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude while representing Sask Entertainment Group
- You will be a forward-facing member of the team, and customer engagement is at the forefront of our expectations.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
- Comfortable interacting with large crowds
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move promotional materials and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous customer service, event, promo, or volunteer experience is an asset
- A passion for hockey, lacrosse, sports, and creating memorable experiences for fans
